At R3NEW RIDES, we keep things simple and local. We specialize in high-quality e-bikes and e-scooters, and all orders are handled through in-store pickup.

Shipping & Pickup Policy – R3NEW RIDES

At R3NEW RIDES, Pick-ups and Local Delivery (optional) for all products. All items are available for in-store pickup only.

Pickup & Delivery Time

All orders are typically ready for pickup or delivery within 1–2 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your item is ready.

In-Store Pickup Process

  1. Order Online: Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
  2. Wait for Confirmation: Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you by emai.
  3. Pickup During Business Hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM

    • Closed for Lunch: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

    • Closed on Weekends

You must bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when picking up.

Local Delivery (Optional)

In select cases, local delivery may be available for an additional fee.
