Eligibility for Return
You may return your item within 30 days of pickup if the following conditions are met:

The product is in the same condition it was sold (normal test use is acceptable)

There is no damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

All original components and accessories are returned

You provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Return Policy & Return Shipping
If you change your mind about a purchase, up to a 20% restocking fee may apply. This includes returns for:
• Accidental orders
• Finding a better price
• No longer needing or wanting the item
• Misrepresented return reasons
• Abuse of the return process, such as claiming defects that cannot be verified upon inspection
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns made for these reasons.
⚠️ Returns are accepted in person only at our Fort Myers location. We do not accept mailed or shipped returns under any circumstances.

Refund Process
Once we inspect the returned item:

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

If the item does not meet return criteria, we’ll notify you and hold it for in-person pickup
Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs

Clearance or final sale items

Any return initiated more than 30 days after pickup
